Ariel Horn
CEO / Executive Director
A three-time Emmy Award Winning producer, writer and digital advertising expert, Ariel Horn spent nearly a decade as manager of strategic marketing and promotion for NBC Universal Sports and Olympics properties. He's been in the driver's seat for the launches of four Olympics, the World Series, NBA Finals, NASCAR and Sunday Night Football to name a few. He also took the lead in integrating Universal Sports properties during the NBCU merger and contributed to the Character's Welcome re-brand of USA Network. Now the point man for the highly successful Horn Corporation, Ariel's talented digital team connects the dots for clients in the vast sea of digital and is leading the charge in the emerging field of technology based branded content.

Shane Orr
Director of Integrated Sales / Marketing
After graduating with a degree in Radio, Television and Film, Shane began his career in the industry with United Talent Agency (UTA), where he worked in the Feature Talent and Alternative Television Departments. With an interest in the growing digial space Shane left UTA to work at GGL (a social networking site for video gamers). While at GGL, his primary responsibility was to develop traffic through celebrity video game tournaments (Hip Hop Gaming League with Snoop Dogg, Pro Baseball Gaming with Johnny Damon, to name a few) with supporting websites. These sites were created to market upcoming and recently released video games by utilizing celebrity influence and social networking. He was not only responsible for the creation of these sites, but also for handling all the talent relations with the celebrities, managing third party media outlets (including showcasing the tournaments on MTV2, Spike TV and BET), producing webisodes for the websites and integral in securing sponsorships with such companies as Sprite, 2K Sports, MLB.com, Gamestop, Daytona 500 and EA Sports.

Dustin is a veteran of the broadcast and interactive industries. Over the past decade he’s written / produced content for some of the world’s biggest events, including the Beijing Olympics on NBC. He’s also worked for VH1, AMC and USA.

Trevor is a top notch web producer, CMS and User Interface expert and general tech guru. He spent five years leading numerous web effors for Dell and more recently was the Senior User Interface Director at the Global Gaming League.

Chris FittsSenior Development Producer, West Coast
Chris is a veteran of feature film and TV, having worked on acclaimed hits like Donnie Darko, and with broadcasters like the WB, CBS, NBC, Bravo, Mark Burnett, and Fox. In recent years, Chris has gone on to become a pre-eminent producer / executive in the video game industry. As the Director of Video Production at GGL, he developed content, managed production, personnel, for everything from international video game competitions to gaming culture web series, and marquee celebrity video game tournaments. Chris went on to write, develop, & produce more video game related projects for clients such as DirecTV (Championship Gaming Series), an 8 part documentary series for Rainbow Media (Gametrotting), IFC’s (Interactive Achievement Awards), and 21 half-hour episodes (Gametrailers TV) for Spike Digital Entertainment under MTV Networks. Chris also produces cinematic game trailers for the top video game developers in the industry including Microsoft, Bethesda, Ubisoft, NCSoft, & Electronic Arts to name a few.

Hogan Carter
Producer, Multi-Platform Content
Hogan has been producing interactive media and broadcast television for over 3 years, specializing in video streaming & encoding. In 2005, Hogan worked at Electronic Arts, where he was an embedded game tester helping to pioneer HDTV gaming on the Xbox & Xbox 360. In 2006, Hogan joined GGL, an interactive media company, where he co-produced Epileptic Gaming, a daily, live, interactive video game show. Recently, Hogan has produced live interactive content for the Championship Gaming Series, Blizzard Entertainment, havoc Television, Volvo Cars, Microsoft, Burger King and the recent Golden Globes on NBC.
